Construction

The Borough's Construction positions are held by part-time employees. All inquires and inspections can be handled through Corinne DiCorcia at the Borough's Administrative Offices. All inspections are done on Tuesdays and Thursdays and can be scheduled by contacting the Borough's Administrative Offices. The

Fire Officials are also responsible for smoke alarm and carbon monoxide inspections, which are required for resales and rentals. These inspections are performed on Wednesday evenings between the hours of 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. and can be arranged by contacting the Borough's Administrative Offices.

Certificates of Occupancy are required for new construction only. However, a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide inspection is required for resales and rentals.
